- All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase (online purchases are 14 days after delivery date).
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- All tags must be attached, no exceptions. Items unworn, unwashed, un-altered and smoke/perfume free.
- Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense, no exceptions.

- Items purchased during any sale or clearance
- Holiday items
- Mystery/Grab Bags
- Hair Accessories
- Bralettes + Intimates
- Candles/home goods
- If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please email us to see if we have it available.
- Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know mistakes happen.
- Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
- All reports must be made within 7 days of receiving your garment.
- Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include you name and order number.
- We are not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen and will not offer a refund. If your order was sent with USPS Priority, you can file an insurance claim only up to $100 on USPS.gov. We are not responsible for incorrect or old addresses, this cannot be fixed by us after the package arrives to the post office.
